HOW THIS TRIP FEELS

Revitalised · Transformed

Feel revitalised as morning practice, temple walks and Taoist philosophy settle into a daily routine. Stay longer, and that routine becomes something closer to transformation — not a single dramatic moment, but weeks of small, consistent change.

Why Wudang Mountain?

Wudang Mountain is a sacred Taoist site, revered for its profound spiritual heritage and breathtaking landscapes. As the birthplace of Tai Chi and Taoist martial arts, it is a global hub for those seeking harmony between body, mind, and nature. Its temples, including the Golden Summit, are architectural masterpieces and spiritual treasures. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to connect with the ancient teachings of Taoism while rejuvenating in a serene and inspiring environment.

I just had one of the best/most fulfilling travel experiences not only of my time in China, but of my whole life–TaiChi retreat at Wudang Mountain. Really appreciated how available the people at China Good Tour were to communicate leading up to and during the trip.
