Embrace Inner Peace Through Tai Chi
in Wudang Mountain.

HOW THIS TRIP FEELS

Revitalised · Connection

Feel revitalised as daily Tai Chi, Qigong and Taoist wellness practices reset your body’s pace, and feel connected as you share the experience with a small group rather than practicing alone. It is a shorter, more social way to experience Wudang’s tradition.

* This English retreat is for private group only (5 people minimum), we can tailor the schedule — balance between practice and cultural exchange.

I just had one of the best/most fulfilling travel experiences not only of my time in China, but of my whole life–TaiChi retreat at Wudang Mountain. Really appreciated how available the people at China Good Tour were to communicate leading up to and during the trip.
